Karen works at GE Aerospace and has held several engineering roles, followed by customer facing roles, before taking her current position as CFM Operations Manager. She has been a leader in GE’s Pride Alliance since 2005 and currently is the Pride Alliance leader for GE Aerospace. She volunteers with the Human Rights Campaign and is on HRC’s National Board of Directors.

Ashlee Mello

Ashlee Mello is a seasoned producer, writer, and director in the film, commercial, and corporate video space. After her time leading planning for the imaging studio at Amazon.com/Fashion in Brooklyn, Ashlee recognized the need for a hybrid understanding of production that seamlessly blends both creative vision with operational efficiency in order to best maximize budgets. In her time at Amazon, she implemented process and approach improvements that resulted in nearly $2M in cost savings for the imaging studio annually.

After returning to freelancing and eventually starting her own production company, she has continued to thrive in the production space. Her company’s first full length independent feature film released in theaters nationwide summer of 2023 while she’s continued to develop impactful media content for her commercial clients. Ashlee’s secret sauce is the ability to deliver versatile, high quality media assets, on time and on budget without compromising the creative concept.

Adrienne Gallagher

Adrienne joined NTT DATA in 2019 as an Immigration Consultant and moved into her current role with the AMS and Managed Cloud Presales team two years later. Her experience spans a wide range, from corporate immigration work at law firms, living and teaching third-graders in Guatemala, designing window displays at Bloomingdales, and five years spent in Manhattan in the fashion industry. Educational experiences include a B.A. from Tulane University, a Summer Session at UCLA, and two years at DAAP (Fashion Design Product Development) at University of Cincinnati. Adrienne is inspired by constant learning and knowledge gathering, challenging herself, and experiencing the world through travel to new places.
