ISK Americas Incorporated: Small Business, Big Plans

ISK Americas Incorporated is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. responsible for the administration of certain subsidiaries throughout North and South America.

After riding its legacy ERP system for 20 years, ISK Americas Controller Mary Kay Lawrence knew it was time to modernize the organization’s IT infrastructure. The programming language was no longer viable. Updates weren’t supported. The system had clearly run its course. The ISK team began researching options that could deliver a web-based, public cloud solution with end-to-end support. Of course, the best options pointed to tier-one solutions, but was that overkill for a small company of their size?
