Who qualifies for Zero Cost Move?

The qualification process is simple, and only two of the following components are required:

CC Flex Partner of Record (required):  NTT DATA Business Solutions must be recognized by SAP as the CC Flex Partner that can guide your journey to SAP Cloud ERP Private. If you are already working with another CC Flex Partner, your business is not eligible for the Zero Cost Move program unless you request a transfer to NTT DATA Business Solutions.

Commit to Cloud Concierge Services (required):  Qualified customers must commit to our Cloud Concierge Services. These services, on top of standard service coverage from SAP, form the basis to ensure a stable and flexible IT operation, right from the start of your SAP Cloud ERP Private project.

Business-Driven Innovation Roadmap (optional):  While we focus on migrating to the SAP Cloud ERP Private platform for your business, we want to position you to unlock new capabilities and value embedded in the SAP Cloud ERP Private platform. Together, we can build an innovation project estimation to execute during the SAP Cloud ERP Private conversion or afterwards.
